**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing reviews on product knowledge and customer care call coaching to employees, ensuring adherence to customer interaction standard processes, transactional accuracy guidelines, regulatory compliance, and company policies. You will also be expected to influence and educate your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Influencing and Educating**: Set the example, provide direction, and generally raise the level of performance of others while on the job.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback to peers and leaders, ensuring that quality and timeliness expectations are met.
* **Review Updates**: Provide review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations.
* **Call Taking**: Take calls to maintain personal proficiency and to support office-level goals.
* **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain client relationships.
* **Calibration Meetings**: Attend and present at calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process.
* **Training Facilitation**: Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees as required.
* **Timely Reviews**: Ensure timely reviews occur.
* **Trend Identification**: Identify trends and assist with specific training needs as requested.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Education**: A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
* **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
* **Customer Centricity**: A strong customer-centric approach to service delivery.
