**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
• **Providing Accurate Information**: You'll be responsible for providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their options and solutions.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• **Availability to Work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST**: You'll be available to work Monday through Friday, 12pm-9pm EST, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
• **Home Office Environment**: You'll need to commit to having a home office environment that is free of distractions or responsibilities outside of the role, during working hours assigned.
