**What You'll Do**
As a Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
* Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
* Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
* Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response
* Maintaining accurate customer notes on a standard keyboard
**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
* Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)
**Where & When You'll Work**
* We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible scheduling options
* Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time
* Training will be done remotely via video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks (Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time)
* After training, the regular schedule will be (Monday through Friday, 11am-7:30pm Eastern Time, including one weekend shift)

* Competitive and reliable base rate of $14 per hour, plus commission
