You'll work closely with our inside sales team, outside sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. If you're a motivated and results-driven leader with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth * Supervise the inside sales team and provide guidance and support as needed * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner * Prepare price quotes and source products to meet customer needs * Support the outside sales team in driving sales growth and building customer relationships * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth * Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed **Qualifications** * 3-5 years of experience working with industrial distribution of industrial pumps and rotating equipment * 3 years of management experience, preferably in a customer service or sales leadership role * Team player with strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Proficiency in MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for customer service and sales growth * Effective and proven team leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Proficiency in MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
