Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, and we're proud to offer a inclusive and supportive work environment. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating in-depth knowledge of our products to customers to help them choose the most suitable product and place orders * Providing high-level customer service and responding to service inquiries, following up on customer interactions to ensure resolution * Coordinating with other functions (Operations, Finance, Product) to resolve ongoing issues and improve customer satisfaction * Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and company products and services to help drive continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions * Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone * Excellent problem-solving skills * Strong customer satisfaction focus skills * Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus * Hardworking and detail-oriented with a young, dynamic, creative mindset * Always be curious and always learning **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive pay rate of $17/hour for 8 hours/day * Dynamic working environment with opportunities for growth and development * Medical and dental insurance to support your health and well-being * Paid sick leave and vacation leave to ensure work-life balance **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
