As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on our customers, employees, and the environment. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Service and E-Commerce programs, ensuring seamless checkout experiences, and driving operational excellence in our stores. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering outstanding customer experiences and holding all Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service * Establishing clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders * Monitoring in-store and online customer flow, assigning customer service-related and online order completion tasks, and balancing the needs of all customers * Seeking awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends * Ensuring an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns * Supporting collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, e.g., Amazon delivery drivers * Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale * Maintaining Team Member safety and security standards * Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards * Developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing Team and minimizes turnover * Maintaining cleanliness of workspaces, including staging areas and coolers * Maintaining security of equipment, e.g., MSRs, phones, currency counters * Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities * Consistently communicating and modeling careerzynith core values, leadership principles, and supporting goals **Job Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills: * Ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows * Strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance (either observed or demonstrated by metric performance) * Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills * Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner * Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * 12+ months retail experience * Strong leadership and supervisory skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a standing position for long periods **Physical Requirements/Working Conditions** As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor, you'll be required to: * Lift 50 lbs. * Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday * Use single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling * Perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions * Work in a wet and cold environment * Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed * Use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery **Compensation and Benefits** careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Hourly wage range: $18.50 - $30.20 * Whole Benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Why Join careerzynith?** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
