**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
* Assist with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Interpret and apply airline policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring that flights depart on schedule.
* Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, resolving their issues in a compassionate and professional manner.
* Protect company assets and revenue, ensuring that all necessary security protocols are followed.
* Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
* Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Work independently, with minimal supervision, and respond to emergency situations as required.
* Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Requirements:**
* High school degree or equivalent
* Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
* Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
* Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
* Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
* Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
* Must be available to work on a regular and timely basis
