As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:
* Interact with clients in a courteous, efficient, pleasant, and expert manner, promoting and selling air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders
* Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments
* Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, providing help to troubled passengers and clients, and protecting business assets and revenue
* Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, using organizational skills to complete multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
* Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, following internal and external regulations and procedures
* May be required to drive and perform air stairs to various types of planes to enplane and deplane passengers, and be responsible for the overall performance in the work location, guiding and directing the work of other employees
**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A high school degree or GED
* The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language
* Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
* An applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
* Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
* Must be willing to work on a regular and timely basis
