Our Remote Customer Support Team is dedicated to providing world-class service to our clients, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Coordinator on our Remote Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to customers * Providing support with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments * Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times * Providing support to troubled passengers and customers * Protecting arenaflex's business assets and revenue * Providing for a safe journey for our customers * Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Being self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision * Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations * Following internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills are required in some locations * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Travel Perks: As a member of our team, you'll have access to travel perks that will take you to 365 destinations on over 6,800 daily flights across our global network. * Health Benefits: On day one, you'll have access to our health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits that will help you live well.
