**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Consultant on the arenaflex Answer Team, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to client service requests and issues in a fast-paced call center environment
* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a strong client-facing orientation
* Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails
* Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently
* Developing technical acumen to resolve more complex issues that may arise
* Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall client experience and ensure that arenaflex continues to deliver on its commitment to human-centric healthcare
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Prior call center experience is required
* Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is preferred
