**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Consultant for the arenaflex Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment
* Responding to inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration
* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
* Utilizing strong client-facing orientation to foster positive relationships with clients
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients
* Applying problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues effectively
**Key Skills and Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop technical acumen and stay up-to-date with industry developments
* Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Prior call center experience (required)
**Nice-to-Haves**
