**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Communications Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Designing and Delivering Effective Communication Strategies**: Develop compelling communication campaigns that keep our front-line teams and partners informed and engaged, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to ensure messaging is impactful and actionable.
* **Building Strong Relationships**: Foster strong relationships with our partner senior leadership team across all four partners and six sites to set our agents up for success in serving our customers across Value brands.
* **Developing Communication Playbooks**: Partner to develop our new customer service communications playbook, ensuring that our messaging is clear, concise, and effective.
* **Driving Measurable Content Delivery**: Develop a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach to ensure messaging is received and acted upon, and manage our communications scorecard to track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel.
* **Creating Compelling Executive Communications**: Develop and deliver compelling and well-supported executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites.
* **Overseeing Communication Tools**: Act as the voice of the partner and agent to ensure our communications tools, protocols, and methods are effective, and oversee our communication tools to ensure seamless execution.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Four or More Years of Relevant Experience**: Demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective communication strategies.
* **Strong Analytical and Creative Skills**: Ability to analyze complex data and develop compelling communication campaigns that drive results.
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line teams to executive leadership.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* **Experience Leading a Team**: Proven experience leading a team, with a track record of success in critical leadership skills such as planning, prioritization, communication, and project management.
