**How you'll make an impact**
As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty
* Handling new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
* Addressing existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
* Delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services to meet monthly sales goals
* Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
**What your day-to-day will look like**
* Identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
* Working in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
* Using multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintaining customer records
* Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
* Performing basic troubleshooting and/or engaging Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
* Working a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.40 (and up) + up to $3,000 in commissions monthly if all sales goals are met

**What we're looking for**
* Call center or customer service experience
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
* Occasional overtime may be required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
**WFH Requirements**
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
* Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
* Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
