**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* **Modeling Customer Service Best Practices**: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Operational Excellence**: Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommend items for sale, and process customer transactions accurately.
* **Asset Protection**: Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
* **Visual Merchandising**: Construct and maintain displays, complete resets and revisions, and ensure a clean and well-merchandised store environment.
* **Photo Services**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
* **Web Pick-up**: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Store Maintenance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Training & Development**: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Teamwork**: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Retail Experience**: Previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* **Knowledge of Store Systems**: Familiarity with store systems, including cash registers, inventory management, and visual merchandising software.
* **Photography Experience**: Previous experience with photography equipment, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
* **Language Skills**: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
