We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
* Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
* Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
* Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
* Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
* Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
* Ability to track multiple issues at the same time
* Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
* Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
