**Your Role as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You'll take calls and respond to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we provide exceptional service to both our sellers and customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)**
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry.
* Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
**Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)**
* Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
* Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
**Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)**
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
* Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid model that combines in-office and remote work. Your schedule will be:
* Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for the first 4 weeks of employment (training is paid and all in-office).
* Hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days at home.
* Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Thursday off or Wednesday/Thursday off (rotating schedule).
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
