**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
* **Maintaining Store Operations**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
* **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Photo Services**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
* **Assisting with Web Pick-up**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Maintaining Store Appearance**: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance by assisting with exterior and interior maintenance.
* **Complying with Company Policies**: Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in customer service or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
