Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who share our vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers and patients, providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service at every touchpoint. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. * **Modeling and Sharing Best Practices**: Share customer service best practices with your team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This includes interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. * **Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures. * **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. * **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed. * **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products. * **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store. * **Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store**: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures. **Essential Qualifications** * **Fluency in English**: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). * **Flexibility**: Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. * **Basic Computer Skills**: Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Retail Experience**: Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. * **arenaflex Experience**: Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex. * **Additional Language Skills**: Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). **Skills and Competencies** * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and team members. * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. * **Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * **Teamwork Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
