**The Role**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team and help us expand our customer operations. As a CSA, you'll be responsible for facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. You'll create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services
* Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Provide exceptional client service experiences
* Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
* Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
* Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
* Highly organized and reliable
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
* Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bi-lingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
* Experience in the language/translation industry
* Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
