**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You'll also be the face of arenaflex, connecting personally with our customers and providing top-notch service to uplift their lives.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties and responsibilities may include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions they may have
* Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries
You'll also need to be able to:
* Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
