Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and making a lasting impression on our customers. Our associates are the backbone of our operations, and we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, providing creative solutions and exceeding expectations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
