As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and expertise. * Assisting customers with website or application-related issues, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems. * Answering questions regarding products or services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. * Documenting customer interactions in our client system, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation to maintain accurate records. * Transferring data from documents into our client's system, ensuring seamless data management. * Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications, as needed. * Performing additional duties as required, which will be discussed during your interview. **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * At least 1 year of call center experience is necessary, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. * You must be willing to complete online training, which will be paid at $15.25 per hour. However, you must commit to attending 100% of the training sessions, with no missed time. * You must be able to pass a background check, which is a requirement for this position. **Technical Requirements** To ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements to perform this role, you must have: * A desktop or laptop computer (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible). * An operation system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer. * A processor speed: Dual Core 2 GHz or better (Recommended i5+ or Ryzen equivalent processor). * RAM: 8GB or better. * All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, or wireless headset are not allowed). * Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds. * DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connections only (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service, no wireless carriers like T-Mobile or Verizon). * A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation is required. * An active, functioning webcam is necessary. * A second monitor/screen is required. **Application Requirements** To complete your application, you will need to take a screenshot (saved as PNG or JPEG) of the following two items and upload them in your application: 1. We need to see your OS version, RAM, Processor type, and speed. **The Details** * The pay rate for this position is $15.25 per hour, which is a W2 position. * This is a Full-Time position, with part-time hours not available. * Training is paid at $15.25 per hour as well. * Benefit eligibility is available after 60 days, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k. * This is a fully remote position, with 100% work-from-home flexibility. * Schedules are Monday-Sunday, with weekends may be required.
