Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of the United States
- Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (although this is not necessary, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed)
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
