**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
* Working with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel/resort accommodations, and rental cars
* Completing required certification within a timely manner
* Completing ongoing trainings with our company and travel partners
* Must have reliable internet with a smartphone and/or a computer
* Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios
* Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* To be a resident of the United States
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
* To be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
* To be able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
