**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, guiding and assisting them with the tagging and stuff registration process, and utilizing a PC to sell, print, and reissue tickets. You will also be required to handle the registration process, ensuring that clients have the necessary documentation for travel.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome clients and guide and assist them with the tagging and stuff registration process
* Utilize a PC to sell, print, and reissue tickets
* Handle the registration process, ensuring that clients have the necessary documentation for travel
* Label luggage and perform lifting tasks that include moving luggage from scales to transport lines
* Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
* Use PCs to assist clients with seat availability, gate announcements, and the loading process
* Work stream ways of preparing them ready before airplane arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and retrieving airplane doors

* Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers throughout the airport
* Represent the organization in a professional manner and have the ability to understand and answer various questions regarding travel information
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent

* Should have valid documentation to live and work in the country you are applying to
* Should be proficient in English, both written and orally
* Should be proficient in Spanish, both written and orally
* Regularly lift bags or objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds

* Have basic level computer skills
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills using proper punctuation, tone, and articulation
* Work a fixed or potentially rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
