**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of careerzynith, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at the Lihue Airport. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting guests at the ticket counter and gate
* Processing check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related tasks
* Providing information and resolving issues related to flights, fares, and travel documents
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
* Process check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related tasks efficiently and accurately
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues related to flights, fares, and travel documents

**Requirements**
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Minimum 18 years old
* Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent education
* Valid driver's license issued in the United States (driver's permits and provisional driver's licenses not allowed)
* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags
* Ability to accept any work shift awarded
* Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
* Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting to satisfy company security requirements and obtain various clearances to work at the airport (SIDA, Customs, USPS as applicable)
* No visible body art. Visible is considered anything seen while wearing a Hawaiian Airlines standard uniform piece (short-sleeved shirt, long-sleeved shirt, or blouse), including but not limited to the neck area and above, any visible areas on hands, or any visible areas while in a crouching position. Covering tattoos with makeup or bandages is not acceptable.
