Our team is dedicated to providing world-class support, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat * Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner * Assisting with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform * Utilizing NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management * Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries * Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences * Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips * Working closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent experience for all customers * Weekend availability is required **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential) * Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Must be flexible with weekend availability * Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Hybrid schedule option available after training completion * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses * Health and wellness benefits * Paid time off (PTO) * Opportunity to work in a growing company with room for professional growth * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Vision insurance **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
