**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Operations and Logistics, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient handling of baggage and cargo.
