**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. You'll work in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a seamless travel experience. **Responsibilities**
* Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
* Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, providing empathetic and professional support
* Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Handle customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism, providing a positive experience
* Perform other related duties as assigned, utilizing your skills and experience to contribute to the team's success
* Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly, and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
**Basic Qualifications**
* Must be a local (in-state) resident
* High School diploma or GED
* Valid In-State Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
* Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
* Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
* Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
