Our team is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. You'll work in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a seamless travel experience.
