**Position Purpose**
As a Customer Service Advocate II - Outbound, you'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering education and information to our members and providers to ensure they have the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reaching out to members and providers via outbound calls to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support
* Escalating calls when necessary to ensure that providers are able to deliver solutions
* Serving as the front-line support for various member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
* Assisting with sharing product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, monthly provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims-related outreach with providers
* Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
* Expanding knowledge on primary market and/or plan, and may expand to cover additional markets and/or plans that may require minor research (e.g., benefits eligibility)
* Documenting information including demographics, call summaries, and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
**Shift and Schedule**
* Our standard shift is 11:30am - 8:00pm EST, but we're flexible and offer a range of work arrangements to suit your needs.
**Requirements**
* High School diploma or GED required
* 1-2 years of related experience in a contact center environment, preferably in healthcare
* Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience
* Experience in a contact center environment and healthcare is highly preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in CRM applications and other relevant software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with outbound calling and customer service
* Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry
* Familiarity with CRM applications and other relevant software
* Experience with quality metrics and performance tracking
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive pay range: $17.50 - $27.50 per hour
