**Customer Service Advisor Role**
As a Customer Service Advisor at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system
* Providing polite and professional telephone manner to customers
* Empathizing with customers while respecting and understanding their needs
* Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Utilizing effective communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls from customers requiring appointments following a referral
* Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
