**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the development of our customer service strategies.
**Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities:**
* Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations
* Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer
* Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
* Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and developments
* Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
* Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
* Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database
* Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
**Candidate Profile:**
* High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
* Courteous with a strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and colleagues
* Dependable with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work
* Skilled in multi-tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Tolerance for repetitive work, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
* Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision
* Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
* Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, to meet business demands
* Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required
