**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bozeman, MT. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional service experiences that meet or exceed client expectations
* Utilize product and service knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Record and document customer interactions, including complaints and issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to achieve results
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
