The Role
As a Customer Sales Executive at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls to meet and exceed sales targets
- Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets through up-selling additional products and services
- Existing customer engagement and service management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Being a role model within the team and showcasing the five arenaflex values
- Actively looking at new ways to improve the customer journey and enhance the overall customer experience
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine desire to help the community and be empathetic to customers' needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
- Experience working remotely and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly organized, with a good level of education and a strong work ethic
