**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound calls. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
* Manage and convert lead-generated inbound calls to drive sales growth
* Be a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
* Meet and exceed personal and team targets through proactive sales efforts
* Up-sell additional products and services to existing customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls
* Work closely with all departments in arenaflex to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the customer journey
* Actively look for new ways to improve the customer journey and drive business growth
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a telephone-based sales role, preferably in a customer-centric industry
* Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous
* Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Good level of education, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Ability to commit to 2 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 09:30-16:30
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with sales and customer service software
