We're seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of arenaflex. You'll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team, playing a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Retention Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information. - Answering questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately documenting the information on the appropriate database. **What You Can Bring** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. - **Customer Service Experience**: You should have prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent service to customers. - **Excellent Oral and Written Communication**: You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - **Superior Customer Service Skills**: You should be able to provide friendly, efficient, and effective customer service, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns. - **Proficient Use of Computer and Microsoft Excel**: You should be proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to accurately document information and perform data entry tasks. - **Ability to Work Under Pressure and Multi-Task**: You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. - **Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills**: You should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks. - **Detail-Oriented with Ability to Analyze Information**: You should be detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions. - **Desire to Learn and Grow**: You should have a desire to learn and grow within the company, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. **How arenaflex Will Support You** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees in their careers and personal lives.
