**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-app chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential threats, and collaborate with our product team to gather feedback and feature requests.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-app chat
* Resolve customer queries and address concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Identify and investigate potential threats, working closely with our Financial Crime team
* Gather feedback and feature requests from customers and share with our product team
* Collaborate with other members of the COps team to ensure seamless support and escalation
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work closely with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential threats
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
* Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools to enhance the customer experience
**What We're Looking For**
* A UK resident with the right to work in the UK
* Over 18 years old

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in using a laptop and other digital tools
* Friendly and super-organized with a positive attitude
* Ability to work from home in a safe, private, and distraction-free environment
* Solid internet connection (download speed - 10mbps; upload speed - 3 mbps)
