**Job Summary**
As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our frequent, premiere customers at our airport operations in Kailua-Kona, HI. You will process rentals, offer products and services, and provide excellent customer service to improve their travel experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process rentals for customers who are members of our loyalty programs
* Offer products and services to improve the customer experience
* Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about careerzynith products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**What We're Looking For**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Engaging personality and effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
