**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Supervisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers for all requests

* Utilizing SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, MS Office Applications, and Teams to drive business results
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or a related field)
* 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
* 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
