**Key Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers, showcasing our products and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating daily with distribution centers and customers, both remotely and in-office, with a preference for those located near our Mountain Studio
* Managing the support queue, addressing customer inquiries within established KPIs, and articulating product information in a clear and concise manner
* Upholding Gladly agent standards, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable
* Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
* Intermediate computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
* Previous experience in customer service, with a passion for outdoor apparel and apparel knowledge a plus
* Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with a team
