Our mission is to revolutionize the industry by providing innovative solutions, exceptional service, and unparalleled support. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Experience Representative on our Mom & Baby team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. Our team consists of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a wealth of support, ensuring you'll never be alone in your role. You'll work closely with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide and providing exceptional customer service. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with customers to determine which products meet their needs * Presenting arenaflex's services and handling inbound calls/emails from patients * Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to convert them to potential sales * Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues * Communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting * Prompt follow-up for services promised/rendered * Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts * Documentation processing, including verification of insurance * Order entry and data maintenance * Other duties as assigned **Skills for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to handle high call volume * Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team * Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm * Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills * Self-disciplined with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills * Self-starter and ability to multi-task and research * Willingness to work in a high-stress environment * Proven work history illustrating stability and reliability and strong work ethics * Sensitivity to patient care issues * Maintain HIPAA confidentiality **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent.
