**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering engaging customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Thought Leadership**: Define and communicate a clear vision for customer experiences that align with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
* **Customer Insights**: Conduct research to identify customer pain points and drive experiments to develop hypotheses and propose successful solutions.
* **Root Cause Analysis**: Influence project teams to ensure root causes and systemic issues are identified and treated, driving meaningful improvements to our products and services.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Evaluate dashboard data reports to identify trends and insights related to customer behavior, and recommend actions and process changes to drive solutions to negative outliers or trends.
* **Customer Journey Mapping**: Create Journey Maps highlighting the ideal end-to-end experience, capturing all touchpoints and interactions with our customers.
* **Collaboration**: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers, designers, operations, risk, marketing, and customer support, to build innovative customer experiences.
* **Communication**: Communicate product changes and education to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.
* **Customer Empathy**: Demonstrate deep customer empathy and decision-making that drives customer obsession, improving products, processes, and solutions for both internal teams and customers.

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
* Bay Area, California: $160,000 - $216,500
* Southern California: $150,000 - $202,500
* New York: $148,500 - $201,000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, arenaflex conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
