**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. * Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor
* Providing expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate our products and services
* Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our team to develop innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty
* Utilizing our Client-First approach to address client needs and expectations
* Providing travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as making reservations and recommendations
* Working closely with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
* Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including web-based tools and software
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical ability to lift light to moderate weights, as needed
