**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations. Your role will involve:
* Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building loyalty and enthusiasm for the arenaflex brand
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
* Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every Card Member
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and personalized experience for our customers
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to tailor recommendations and solutions for our Card Members
* Utilize technology platforms to provide efficient and effective service, including reservation systems and concierge tools
* Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, remaining flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment
* Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage of our lounge
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
* A passion for delivering proactive solutions, anticipating and meeting the needs of our Card Members
* Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns
* The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
* A positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
* The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer experience
* Familiarity with technology platforms, including reservation systems and concierge tools
* Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
