**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport. You will be the ambassador of our brand, acting as a consultant to tailor our products and services to meet the unique needs of our customers. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will make you an essential part of our team, creating a memorable experience for our Card Members that will leave a lasting impression.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
* Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the customer experience
* Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to Card Members
* Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
**Lounge Hours and Availability**
The Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport operates from 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, and 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Saturday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be required to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
* Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
* Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
* Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
* Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations
* Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
* Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
* Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Salary and Benefits**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly salary of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
