**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including:
+ In-house Agents and High-Profile agents
+ Senior management
* Monitoring internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries
* Working closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, meet clients' expectations, provide and maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution
* Developing a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software
* Assisting the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding
* Supporting the internal agent audit team
* Answering incoming calls to provide support or direct to the appropriate department
* Preparing reports
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software (a plus)
* Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
* Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, Title Software's, and Jira (preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Effective communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in customer service or a related field
