**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team and contribute to the launch of new technology at customer locations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. **Core Job Tasks**
As a Customer Experience Analyst, your core job tasks will include:
* Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology to ensure it meets arenaflex's high standards
* Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to improve the overall shopping experience
* Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology to ensure a seamless implementation process
* Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology to inform future product development
* Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
* Strong communication and data analysis skills to effectively communicate with development teams and stakeholders
* Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
* Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
* Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
* Scripting skills to automate tasks and improve efficiency
* Formal coursework/training in project management to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
**Contract Details**
This is a contract role with a duration of 11 months. As a remote worker, you'll be required to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically. The ideal candidate will be based near a main US airline hub to ensure easy travel.
