**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email and phone communications. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
