**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing service to customers in the Electricity industry. Your primary duties will include:
* Fielding incoming customer service calls, assuming responsibility to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
* Researching account status and identifying account issues
* Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
* Processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
* Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Serving as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Bilingual (English/Spanish)**: You must be proficient in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our customers.
* **Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills**: You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
* **Excellent listening skills**: You will need to be an active listener to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
* **Ability to maintain a calm demeanor**: You will need to remain calm and composed when dealing with agitated customers.
* **Attentive to detail and committed to high quality customer service**: You will need to be meticulous in your work and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills**: You will need to be able to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
* **Willingness to identify problems and suggest process improvements**: You will need to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
* **Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Word and Excel applications**: You will need to be proficient in using Windows, MS Word, and Excel to effectively perform your duties.
* **Comfortable in a fast-paced environment**: You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where change is commonplace.
**Experience**
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* **Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment**: You will need to have experience working in an inbound call center environment, with customer care experience strongly preferred.
* **Experience within the retail electricity industry**: Experience within the retail electricity industry is strongly preferred.
* **Experience in similar markets such as utilities, telecom, or cable**: Experience in similar markets is preferred.
