**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. You'll empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Arenaflex's platform, collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure seamless support. Your expertise will help shape the best possible version of our product, and you'll lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our features and developer toolkit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares
* Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Arenaflex's platform
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless support and resolve customer issues
* Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the Arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product
* Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our features and developer toolkit
* Create both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base
* Advise customers about new features and functionalities
**Requirements:**
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience a plus
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus
* Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude, empathetic, coachable, and collaborative
* Ability to take initiative and adapt

**Compensation and Benefits:**
For Colorado-based hires only, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Arenaflex's plans and in accordance with Arenaflex's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
